Meetings of Rayne Parish Council

Rayne Parish Council meetings are held on the first Monday of each month.

Meetings are held in the Old School Room, Shalford Road.

Meetings start at 19:30.

Villagers are welcome to attend and tell councillors of any issue that may concern them or comment on a planning application in the Public Forum prior to the start of the meeting.

A hearing loop is also provided during meetings.

Agendas and Minutes are published on the village noticeboards. These are located outside the Village Hall on Gore Road, The Post Office along The Street and at the entrance to Rayne Primary School on Capel Road.

Any Ad Hoc meetings will be notified via the Noticeboards as and when.

Minutes from previous meetings are available here.

Any Committee or Ad-hoc Public Meetings will be notified via the noticeboards as and when required.

The public and press are cordially invited to be present.

All meetings contain a public forum – a short period of time for members of the community to raise issues or question Councillors on any subject relating to the village.
